Angioplasy, TB
Doc suggested to undergo angioplasty to my dad and also suspected some infection in the right lung like TB. Is it safe to undergo angioplasty. Can we start medication for TB if it is confirmed after recovered from angioplasty. CT scan reports acinar nodules in the right lung.

You need two doctors one cardiologist and other pulmonologist both will tell their own field treatment, depends how critical is the blockage to take cardiac call first. Otherwise meet pulmonologist decide for anti tubercular to start and then stenting done. May need biopsy of that node CT guided
