Angiography and Eco cardiogram

My mother is suffering pain at heart and breast part from last five months. Recent TMT was little bit abnormal and the Eco Cardiogram is completely normal. But still she complains pain. Cardiologist told us to go for angiography.
My doubt is there any need for angiography even after the Eco-cardiogram test report is normal?

Hi, if treadmill test is positive and symptoms of chest pain is present then better to do coronary angiogram.
