Angina feeling in heart
I feel Some angina sensation in heart and feel mild anxiety sometimes at night , can't recognize the symptoms weather it is problem in heart or any other.This problem occurs in last 15 days and I had once consultanted with psychiatrist also ,she gave some pills because I explained her heavyness in heart can't sleep. I take pills for one day and stop because I don't want to be addictive for that. Now please suggest what to do ,I am healthy looking person doing daily exercise. One more thing 4 year ago a doctor while checking my BP prescribed medicine (Telma-h) Which I am having daily.. While if I skip then even my BP is Normal.

Stopping BP medicines won’t rise your bp immediately. That does not mean that you stop medicines. Please take bp medicines regularly. As far as your symptoms are concerned i need further information from you to assess its relation to heart. Consult online directly for the same
