I get very angry for silly or no reason. i have tried yoga, Counting when I get angry. However nothing works and I get disturbed for hours after that. I feel my friends and family are sick of me and may be embarassed with my behavior as well.

But understanding the root cause as to why is it happening and what's triggering. Mostly it's fear or insecurity
