Anemia after heavy period

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am iron deficient and had a very heavy period around 24th Mar. I got tested for anemia around 3rd apr and got a normal report. However I did develop anemia recently in the month of Feb. Am I at any risk of developing anemia again later on in a couple of weeks.?
