Androgenetic alopecia.
I have androgenetic alopecia. I was using minoxidil 5% and the hair started growing but after using it for 3 months I have stopped using it. Now after 6 months I have again started using minoxidil. I want to know how long should I use it to maintain hair ???

Hi.. If the hair fall is because of male pattern hair loss then you need to use minoxidil long term. If it cause is other than Androgenetic alopecia then you can stop minoxidil abruptly. One more thing, never stop minoxidil abruptly
