Ance like eruptions and spots on face

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi I was diagnosed with lymph node tuberculosis for which I have been advised to take medicines which includes isoniazid, rifampin, pyrazinamide these antibiotics. Now due to which I have got ance type eruptions on my face. Is it because of these medicines or it could me something else? Please suggest some good ointments. Please
