Hypertension for last 13 yrs taken Telma 40 and 4 yrs of Painless Internal Hemmarroids occasionally happens once in 5 months whenever constipated. Taken antibiotics and cream at the affected area of fissures. Doctor said no surgery required. 2 months back hospitalised for Vomiting and fever and Giddiness with full body itching and treated for 2 days and discharged and reported local medical shop Aceclonofac combination allergy. Covid +ve with mild symptoms and CT Scan was normal while discharge. Home quarantined for 10 days and RTPCR was -ve post 10 days. Last week blood in motion, went to surgeon and treated same Acelonofac combination wrongly. Same day again with Itching and fever and giddiness where BP went 80/60 and Oximeter was not reading for 20-30 minutes,but was in conscious stage. 2 days hospitalised and treated and discharged stating that anaphylactic shock. ECHO Report was Concentric LVH and others are normal. Is it cardiac arrest or allergy shock. Need advice.
