Anal sphincter
I had anal fissure, which has now recovered in the last 1 week as confirmed by my proctologist. How ever, i feel my anal sphincter is still tight. I find it difficult to even insert 1 finger into the anus to apply cream. How long does it take for the sphincter to relax to its original flexibility after a fissure has healed?

If there is no pain while defecating and you are able to defecate without any difficulty then there is no problem with your anal sphincter.
