Suffering from Anal itching and itching around penis and testis from around 8 months. White rashes are also visible on testis. Used zenclobate-of for temporary relief. But I want some good and permanent cure for this.

Need Tab Terbinafine 250mg daily for 21 days and aply cream and Powder of Terbinafine. It is fungal mycotic.
