I have white-reddish spots which itches and causes irritation and fowl smell and some liquid which causes the foul smell. It oozes sometimes in very little quantity of blood and it's very itchy. It was first happened before a month and it got healed automatically and then after it started again and this time it has these reddish spots in my anal sphincter area. What should I do.
