Anal itching and irritation spots
I have white-reddish spots which itches and causes irritation and fowl smell and some liquid which causes the foul smell. It oozes sometimes in very little quantity of blood and it's very itchy. It was first happened before a month and it got healed automatically and then after it started again and this time it has these reddish spots in my anal sphincter area. What should I do. What do you call it.

There are a number of causes for such symptoms. One of them is fistulas The skin around anus looks unhealthy
Next Steps
Visit a general surgeon. He will put a small scope within the anus and examine. If he suspects a fistula he will ask you to undergo a fistulogram with or without a colonoscopy
