Anal fistula surgery
I have been done anal fistula surgery its been since one month i am doing well There is still sticky water,pain and burning which according to my surgeon will go one's it completly heal My only concern is since the day of surgery after passing stool i have been cleaning my anal region with putting complete index finger inside deeply to make sure i am cleaning it properly,will cleaning this way can cause fissure or fistula again?bcoz i have heard if remain unclean it can cause fissure and fistula again Plz advice?

No there is no risk of fistula or fissure cleaning your way if your nails are always trimmed. You have to avoid injury to your anal verge region and keep maintaining proper hygiene. Always try to have soft stool.
