Anal fistula
I've been suffering from anal fistula fro abput 4 years npw and have been on homeopathic medicines from the start but it hasn't been cured. Can it be cured by homeopathy or surgery is the only option for me ?

No any pathy can replace the surgery. But it must be analysed the demarcation line between need of medicine and need of surgery.
