Hi, ur problem can be effectively taken care with homoeopathy, as I had deal with similar cases with very good results. So would advise to start homoeopathy treatment.

If you have symptoms ; like pain bleeding Constipation ;it has to be treated.
Get local examination done to know whether piles or fissure.
Increase fiber diet.
Avoid Constipation.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Drink buttermilk after lunch.
