Anal fissure repeated
Taking treatment from gastro and surgeon doctors for a small anal fissure since 1 yr ,But reappears repeatedly on even semi hard stool. Now high itching also.No improvements .Which doctor should I follow ie Gastro or surgeon for treatment.

Its gd ur under supervision, though ur dietary n routine pattern won't soothing u n ur digestion. So consider to maintain ur spacing of 3hrs between dinner n sleep. N warm buttermilk by adding ajawayan, hing,haldi,cumin seeds n get AYURVEDIC opinion for ur digestion n fissure, who may share u for matra basti, or yoga vasti
