I have been experiencing some bleeding from the rectal area, I have a anal fissure there was a lot of bright red blood in the toilet and some dark blood on the fissure when I had my wife touch it.I have had this fissure since 1986 the doctor said it would drain and it would be okay I'm 57 and it's getting worse what should I do?
