Anal fissure
Past one week I'm suffering from anal fissure...consulted doctor and taking creamgel ointment plus tablets.. still its not cure and paining lot.. any suggestions pls..

Hello....Hello.....anal fissures will take some time to heal. You would have been prescribed some stool softeners at that time. That will alter your your bowel movement for sometime. Continue with stiz bath and local anaesthetics if you have pain while passing stools. .ultimately surgery is final option.
