Anal fissure or cancer
I was diagnosed with anal fissure with sentinel tag after my delivery. I had been taking homeo medicines since two months without any result or betterment in pain. Since yesterday I have been in continuous pain after passing defecation and its even paining and slightly bleeding even after passing gas. I got scared after reading the symptoms on net that it can be due to anal/colon cancer as well. I want to know about the pain and bleeding pattern in anal cancer. Is laser surgery successful in treating anal fissure and what's the approximate cost for the same..I cannot go for normal surgery as my baby is too small..Attached is the recent picture of my current condition. Any type of inputs are welcome

99 % Anal fissures can heal well without surgery. Cancer does not cause pain and bleeding is much more if it is. The swelling apparent may be a external pile mass or sentinel tag. If pain is SIGNIFICANT then it is more likely to be fissure with tag otherwise it is more likely to be piles.
