Anal fissure
I was having anal fissure followed by my nml delivery consulted a doctor and got releive in 10 days after having antibiotics n laxative again it reoccurred again had norflox tz for 7 days, relieved again but have to face very mild pain while starting my defecation and there is mild itching in anal area

Anal fissure are common problem and sometimes difficult to treat..you must understand the cause of Anal fissure...you need lifestyle and Dietary modification..
1. Have plenty of water
2.sitz bath ..sit in a tub filled with Luke warm water
3.high fibers diet like green vegetables fruits salads and curd

[ ] Hi it seems you have developed fissure in ano. ( a cut in anal canal due to passage of hard stool. ) apply diltigesic ointment 2% three times a day after passing stool. Take Dabur nature care isabgol 2 teaspoon in on be glass of Luke warm water after dinner daily for 15 days. Do sitz bath. feel free to ask any further quary.
