Anal fissure
I have been suffering from anal fissure for two months. I got surgery then it was fine for 2 weeks but the problems have started once again. What should I do? Please suggest me.

Hello, Failure of medical therapy to resolve the acute fissure is an indication for surgical intervention. Complications from surgery for anal fissure include the following: Infection Bleeding Fistula development, if proper aseptic precautions are not taken during surgery it could lead to infection, anyhow doctor ask for follow-up visit , explain your problem to him.
