Anal fissure
I got anal fissure for third time. I consulted a doctor and he prescribed me some medicines. However it doesn't healed with the medicines. I again consulted him. He advised me to go for a surgery (spincterotomy). There is no bleeding but only pain during bowel movement. First time in 2019 I experienced similar situation and second time in 2020 December it happened again but it was recovered with medications and sitz bath. I just wanted to know if it is better to go for the surgery or will it be cured by medications. Ive attached the prescription please help me with this situation. Im totally worried about the surgery. Please help me out.

Recurrent anal fissure can be treated by medicine as well as surgery. Better to get your fissure checked for the decesion   Avoid non vegetarian diet. Don't strain during stools. Take laxatives. Avoid constipation.    Laser treatment and non surgical treatment for fissure also are available
