Anal fissures are medically not curable .it needs a surgical treatment. So its better for you to seek a general surgeons advice.
Next Steps
take laxative and drink plenty of water to keep your stools soft and avoid spicy food.Local anaesthetic gel is available for use (to decrease pain while defecation) for patients of anal fissure.
Health Tips
take bed rest ,sitz bath and seek advice of a general surgeon ..coz it is an emergency situation
