Take Osil ointment for local application three times a day. Before and after Defecation and at bedtime.
Syrup Cremaffin 4 spoons at bedtime for a week
Take Tablet Daflon once at bedtime daily for 6 weeks
Take Tablet Pilex 2 -0-2 for 14 days
Sitz bath with 10 ml of betadine twice a day
