Anal Fissure
About 5 days back, i had a anal fissure. The fissure is relatively pain-free, my diet is controlled, stools are soft, i do sitz bath 3 times and use anobliss and lox gel. I have 3 questions.1: Should i keep the fissure/anus area dry or moist to heal faster? I kept it dry and farting led to pain in the fissure, so i now keep it moist with Lox. Is this correct? 2: My doctor has prescribed AnoBliss cream. I applied this cream 3 times a day for a long duration, but it is making my anus very tender, itchy, and uncomfortable. What is the right way of using anobliss? 3: My doctor informed me that my anal sphincter is tight. He advised surgery, which i am not ready for. I read on the internet that nitroglycerin gel will relax the sphincter, helping in passing stools easily. Please advise the brand name that is available in the  pharmacy.
