Anal bleeding
Did piles surgery 2 times last time 5 years back.Few days back there was bleeding again continuously for 2 weeks .finally did colonoscopy and it showed grade 1 2 haemoroids and small sessile polyp at 40 cm .doctor told it has to be removed but it is not so urgent and this is not cause for bleeding. kindly advice.

U should take care of root cause I.e. Constipation and indigestion. Get rid of two things and everything will be all right.
Drink plenty of water and liquids .
Take more n more fibrous diet.
Morning walk and yoga exercises are very benificial.
Take proper sleep at night.
Avoid stress and mental stress.
