Anal and Heart Sting simultaneously
Every 1-6 months a strange 'stabbing' feeling to the heart at the exact same time I pass 'one' in the toilet. This goes with a certain 'stinging' feeling inside my anal channel at the exact same time I feel the heart sting/ stab. These events are unexpected, not sure what to scan for but I can say that I am sure the anal sting comes a millisecond sooner than the heart sting. The intensity and duration are linked. Usually lasts for less than a second. Been happening since teenage years.

I would advise you to meet a general surgeon/gastroenterologist so as to evaluate the anal canal and to see if there's any anatomical anomalies, you should also meet a cardiologist and undergo a thorough heart check up if you haven't already. Based on the findings the underlying cause of your symptoms the treatment will be done accordingly.
