In June month anal abscess found and operated and after few months later again fistula like found on the same place ... This October again they have cleaned and dressed for 7 days now again it got infected and it's paining and pus coming once in a week.kindly tell me the oinment to cure and antibiotic and pain killer tablet for this problem
