Anaboom serumcause morehairfall initial?
I have been prescribed anaboom anti hairfall serum for my hairfall and thinning I am having telogen hairfall I have not started it yet I just wanted to ask if this serum will cause more hairloss in initial stage of use or it will just prevent my hair from falling does it have any side effects. Please answer my query

Treatments will induce growth phase, but the ones that are already shedding will shed off.

Let me explain what makes hair fall after medications.
When you start any treatment for hair fall , it induces new hair growth. For it to grow it needs space , so it will bring out old ones which are in their last stage after around 5yrs of life. Hence you will notice only the old falling phase hair which was about to come out in few days falling after the treatment.
In a day around 100 plus hair will regularly keep falling making way for new ones. When you stimulate with medications you will tend to notice the same hair fall. It will eventually balance out . The medication you are using is mild and hence you may notice very little hair fall. Go ahead and use !!
Health Tips
Hb, TSH , menstrual cycle, nutrition, stress ,vit D should all be within normal limits. so pay attention to that also.
