Hello dr actually I have an ANA positive it is moderate positive I were pregnant in the month of April but my pregnancy loss ended in 3 weeks itself bcz i had biochemical pregnancy dr said to do blood test to find the issue why I had in that came to know it's due to positive ANA so dr had given me some tablets that is 1.biomully of lycopene,lutein,beta carotene 2.hcq200 3.Azr (azathioprine50mg)
I'm taking medicines from past 2 months still it's showing positive what should I do can I never get pregnant with positive AnA? Bcz once I get there is a chance of miscarriage again? Pls help

Yes with ana positive there are chances of another miscarriage
but then there injections and medicines to help you prevent one
