Hi Kindly give the proper reading of creatinine (normal range is 0.4 to 1.1 mg/dl). Increased levels of Amylase usually found in conditions like pancreatitis (inflammation of pancreas). Please see a Nephrologist for further evaluation and management. In case of further doubts, please feel free to write back to me. Regards Dr Prashik Meshram
