Brushing won't improve color of tooth, so avoid harsh brushing. It will create more problems. First treatment is you can go for bleaching but if you are not comfortable with bleaching then other options could be veneers or capping. The least invasive process here would be bleaching. But since you don’t want to opt for that then you could go for veneers for the front 6-8 teeth. Veneers are less invasive than crowns and can be done in 2 - 3 appointments.

Doing brush won’t make your teeth whiter that’s the myth.. it will make your teeth clean.. if you want permanent solution for the same .. then either go for veneers or crowns..
