How to clean my yellow teeth (tobacco teeth). It is complete clean or become white like before or not please help me out this.

Stains can only removed by professional cleaning n polishing followed by bleaching. So, visit dental clinic for your treatment.

You will have to visit a dentist nearby and undergo a scaling and polishing procedure ( Cleaning of teeth). This will help to remove any external stains of the teeth. However, if the internal colour of your tooth is yellow itself, then cleaning wouldn't be of much help.

You have to visit your nearest dentist and take oral prophylaxis,and if dentist advice you have to go for bleaching .
