If the deposition is more frequent u have to get ur teeth clean evry 3 months (no chemicals used ) this prevent damage to gums and also bone loss . After eating food clean ur mouth , brush twice, mouth wash after 30 min of brushing should be done and try to chew fibrous food they prevent deposition on tooth and clean the teeth and also fat food like ghee or butter they make tooth slippery and prevent the deposition on it .
