Please consider what all lifestyle change have you made in these few weeks like:- - Change in location where you are staying. - Changes in eating habits. - Change in toothpaste. - Change in tooth brush, brushing style or brushing frequency. - If you have started any new medicine? All these and many other factors play a role in yellowing of teeth. Consider consulting online or sending before and after pictures of your teeth for better understanding of the cause. Meanwhile : -Start brushing twice daily. - Use any medicated mouthwash before sleep. - Do not use too much pressure while brushing in an attempt to whiten or clean the teeth.
