Get a high vaginal swab (HVS) with culture and sensitivity to identify the exact species. Switch to clotrimazole vaginal pessary (100mg) for 7 nights. Apply clotrimazole cream externally for burning. When an infection doesn't respond to standard antifungal treatment after this long, it's often either a different resistant strain or another cause entirely, not something to keep self-treating.
