Knee osteoarthritis

Most probably this is grade II osteoarthritis, because there is involvement of medial compartment and reduced joint space.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. She has osteoarthritis with varus deformity of both knees- requires treatment.

It is osteoarthritis of both the knee joints.. Initial management will be with some medications and physiotherapy. If not subside then some injectable steroids. If not subside then surgical management.

Looking at the X-rays, she has Osteoarthritis in both the knees. Initial management is by pain medication and physiotherapy exercises. If it does not go away, then an injection within the knee joint.
