X ray of Cracked tooth
I had pain between my 6 and 7 upper right molar tooth. Some days before while having lunch my one tooth has been cracked and after that I have no pain. I am sending my latest x ray which has shown the cracked tooth. My 6 molar tooth is cracked or 7 molar tooth I don't know pls tell me and suggest me what would be the treatment for both molar tooth.

The IOPA x ray you have posted is not very clear. Still it can be seen that both of your molar teeth are having carious exposures
. Both of them needs to be treated by Root Canal Treatment followed by artificial crown.

Both your molars 6 and 7 were decayed and the infected the pulp which holds the nerve tissue hence the pain. Due to extensive caries the tooth must have become brittle and fractured. You are not having pain now mostly because the tooth must have become non vital. You may require a root canal treatment , followed by crowns and the fractured tooth may require a post and core also based on the amount of tooth structure remaining clinically . However these depend on the infection . kindly visit the dentist as soon as possible so that the infection does not spread further and cause irreversible damage .
