Hello sir, if you feel numbess or pin prickled sensation in your hand or fingers then it is related to nerve compression.if not it can be weakness or muscle strain due to overuse of the hand . For that
1) hot water bath for soothing your pain and increases circulation
2) wrist range of motion exercises (rotating the wrist clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and backward - If you feel easy with empty hand then use some weights )
3) form a tight fist hold for some time and release or you can use spring too, do as many you can in a day.
4) move your thumb in inward and outward directions in sideways and straight, rotate your thumb.
Don't do these exercises if your symptoms are getting worse.if felt better do these exercise before starting your work like a warmup.
