Wrist,palm swelling and pain

I hav met with an accident one year before in the month of july 2019. From that day to till now i have problem with my rt hand it get swelled and very painfull when ever i work with it. In exray there was no bony injury seen. In MRI marrow edma seen on radial . Please suggest me what is the problem to my hand when it get well. What to do..

If there is no fracture, then physiotherapy will help you. This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Maybe it's related to inflammatory tendinopathy. So keep ice pack and apply pain killer gel and rest. Consult with me directly through practo for further information

If the swelling and pain persists, you may need to do another mri preferably a 3T which is basically a bigger machine and higher quality one I would recommend for now to just do some wrist exercises and for swelling tie a crepe bandage during lockdown and apply a pain killer gel lightly Don’t do massag e
