My wrist is paining whenever i take position for push up or whenever i put pressure on palm.. pain is on ulnar side.. What could be the cause. Google showing serious issues like arthritis n ol. What could be the reason.

Ulnar sided wrist pain comes from various structures in the wrist... Consult with Orthopaedic surgeon in person rather than Googleing the causes.. Arthritis can happen but very unlikely at your age.
