Few days ago while doing barbell curl may be my wrist get twist because of this I have some problem in moving my wrist. when I try to move I feel some pain on my wrist joint

1. Immobilise affected wrist for 2-3 weeks with a wrist splint. 2. Medications like Enzomac and Tendocare will help. 3. Apply local ice packs. 4. Keep affected wrist elevated.
