Unable to move wrist..i want move wrist after fracture but due to long day plaster and k wires it is unable to move

Wax bath therapy followed by mobilization by self or therapist, move wrist in every 2 hour for 5 minutes. In home place your hand and wrist in mild hot water for few minutes. don't carry weight .....
