Wrist fracture treatment suggestions
After x-ray There is fracture with one of the two forearm bones after redius. It is swelling slowly given two medicine calcium amd rebelet tabs. Given suggestions u can go for surgery or plaster. Presently having kachcha plaster I donot what should I do? I have travel home with train and flight I don't know what should I do.

You haven't really given enough information to guide you. An X-ray image would have given information.
Many forearm fractures are treated by surgery so that the arm may be mobilized early and the bones are fixed in a good position.
If your surgeon feels that it can be treated by immobilisation as well, then you need to discuss the pros and cons of each option with him.
