I am having pain in my wrist. Which is swollen since last 8 months. and its not going away. if i bend the wrist backward its pains a bit. Last time i showed a doctor, he told it will automatically go away, but it didnt till now. what should i do? i heard some injection treatment is there, which can cure it instantly. Shall i go for it as its very irritating now. And i cant put pressure with my hand its pains

You can try wrist splints first see that helps. If not you can have steroid injection in to the bursa or synoium - risk of tendon rupture if goes in to the tendon.
