I have pain in legs and calves with low energy frequent urination from month with sometimes burning sensation i think i loss wieght sometimes burnig under feet and upper side pain and numbness under feet and calves so i tested my rbs after 2:30 hours after eating comes to 77 and hb1ac comes to 4.9 this is diabities or something else

You do not have diabetes.  Get urine microscopic examination, serum vit b12, d3, Haemoglobin, thyroid profile done and share results. Please share detailed medical history,  duration of your symptoms, do you smoke or drink, h/o any ureteral discharge in recent past.  Then I can help you further to heal.

This is not diabetes. Reports are absolutely normal.your symptoms occures due to another reason lile b12 deficiency and d3.you need to do both tests and take supplements for this if deficiency occure in tests.

Do a glucose tolerance test. Do urine routine examination Check vit B12 Vit D and TsH If vit B12 low take vit B12 tabs
