Worried about waist

Though I am only twelve I worry a lot about things and my waist is one of them. I feel incredibly fat and flabby though I do lots of exercise. I know I have an incredibly in healthy diet but I just can't stop eating sweets and crisps. I have an healthy bmi but when I checked online I have am obese waistline and body fat percentage. My weight is 126

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
