Hello, you can take water post workout immediately. Try having with
electrolytes so that you prevent dehydration and give instant energy to muscles. You can do workout daily 30-40 mins. But minimum you should exercise 5 days a week for weight loss. Go for abdomen exercise and legs exercise on alternative days and do 20 minutes cardio daily. Along with strengthening exercises.
