Workout during first trimester

Can I do weight training and cardio(treadmill run or HIIT) during 1st month or 1st trimester? Is it advisable to continue work out during pregnancy. If yes then to what extent? Which exercises or workout routine should be avoided ?

Strenous exercise are not advisable during 1 st trimester...u cn do breathing exercises ,yoga , walking ,swimming

No strenuous or abdominal exercises to be done Only normal walks is advisable.
