Through Ayurveda treatment you can reduce your anxiety symptoms but you cannot stop allopathic medicines at once, you can only reduce the dose gradually...over the time you can also stop allopathic medicine. But for this proper knowledge about your condition is essential...

Hi You can definitely shift to Ayurvedic medications completely but slowly. Don't stop allopathic tab immediately. Ayurvedic medications, Panchkarma procedures like shirodhara, few home remedies and healthy lifestyle will help you to get rid of allopathic meds. You can start with Brahmi, Ashwagandha meds with nearby Ayurvedic physician.

Definitely, you must visit any certified ayurvedic doctor he will guide you through. Such ailments are often debilitating and hamper the productivity of an individual hence it’s of utmost concern. Ayurveda is a holistic science and mansika doshas like raja and tama directly and indirectly affect mind and body. So it’s easier to switch to Ayurveda as there’s no side effects and better results.
