I had my lower right wisdom tooth removed on Saturday.
On Sunday swelling increased.
And now today on Monday swelling came on neck and throat.
I consulted my dr he has increased one more antibiotic.
Now I am taking cefakind cv 500 mg and ornidazol 500 mg twice a day.
Is there anything to worry about ?
And also near the stitches white spots have formed dr did not showed any concerns regarding that, I am attaching an image for the spots is everything going fine?
And how many days will it take to be normal and go back to work.
Any help would be appreciated.
Hello, you can do warm salt water rinses. it is better to consult to an Oral surgeon and get it checked. it is better to see the case clinically for proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

The symptoms you stated here are normal after surgical tooth extraction. Don't worry.you will be normal in 2-3 days.
Take antibiotics and do warm saline rinse 3-4 times a day.
Swelling is common after removal of wisdom tooth. You already are on a high dose of antibiotics so don't worry. It will take around 10-12 days for the swelling to wear off completely. And the white spots must be calculus deposits near the extraction site.
Next Steps
Keep rinsing with luke warm water and salt after every meal. It will keep that area clean.
Swelling is usually the most prominent on day 3 hence so far there is not much to be concerned about especially since you are already on an antibiotic course . However if your swelling increases further tomorrow do consult your doctor. It will start to reduce by tomorrow and finally resemble closer to normal only after a week or so
Health Tips
Gently rinse with warm water with salt 3 to 4 times a day.
